IRATA have issued the following 3 revised safety bulletins:

 

  • Safety Bulletin 8 revised September 2013: Dangerous knot
  • Safety Bulletin 25: Rope failure caused by unauthorised lift
  • Safety Bulletin 26: Rope melted by cyclic pipework
