As a responsible safety services provider, protecting our colleagues and customers from COVID-19 remains our highest priority.
We continue to adhere to the latest Government advice and have implemented a series of precautions to ensure that customers and colleagues are kept safe whilst we cautiously widen delivery to customers who require training, respiratory protection equipment (RPE) face fit testing and site based services.
Control Measures Implemented
Training Centres:
- COVID-19 Risk Assessments: documents have been created and will be maintained and updated.
- Stay Home: Advising any colleague or training delegate to remain at home if they feel ill or are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms.
- Questionnaires and non-contact body temperature checks: will be introduced for those attending our training centres.
- Social Distancing Signage: Distance markers will be placed around the site on floors, walls and free standing signage to remind people to maintain two metre distancing.
- Room Sizes: Room sizes will be adequate to appropriately accommodate two metre distancing.
- Minimised People Movement: Movement around the premises will be minimized, this will include staggered lunch and break times.
- Hand Hygiene: Hand cleansing stations will be provided at key locations throughout premises.
Customer Sites:
- COVID-19 Risk Assessments: documents have been created and will be maintained and updated.
- COVID-19 Risk Assessments: will be requested for our customer sites
- Hand Hygiene and PPE: Hand sanitizer and COVID-19 PPE will be provided for our site based colleagues
- Minimised overnight accommodation: Site based work will be planned to reduce the requirement to stay in accommodation to an absolute minimum

We will continue to support our valued customers and maintain the highest possible levels of safety. We will continue to review our position, work within Government guidelines and modify our approach as circumstances change.
