Course Aim:
To provide a thorough understanding of mental wellbeing, stress and mental illnesses and how business managers can understand and improve them. Learning Outcomes: • Understand the importance of wellness and resilience. • Understand stress, anxiety and depression and coping mechanisms. • Understand how to intervene with staff early and effectively. • Understand the tools and methods available to help oneself and colleagues.
