We don’t plan on getting injured or ill whilst in the workplace, but accidents happen.
We all have accidents and we have all had injuries, what we need when accidents happen is someone with the skills and knowledge to help us. First Aid is a skill that will enable a person to provide care to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening and to promote the recovery of the injured person until emergency services arrive.
According to “The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981” you must make appropriate first-aid arrangements for your workplace. In doing so you should consider the circumstances of your workplace, workforce and the health and safety risks that may be present to help you decide what arrangements you need to put in place.
We facilitate a variety of first aid courses to suit your needs and our courses are certified by First Aid International.
