  • Course Aim:


    To provide delegates with the knowledge and practical experience to enable them to climb and rescue from a wide range of areas in the theatre using restraint or fall arrest techniques.

Further Information:


Day 1
·  Working at height legislation.
·  Personal Protective Equipment – inspection & use.
·  Anchor point selection.
·  Risk Assessment.
·  Temporary horizontal Systems.
·  Inertia Blocks.
·  Rocker and restraint line (rigging for rescue with ID).
·  Fall line (including rigging for rescue).
·  Double lanyard technique.

Day 2
·  Rescue kit (usually Genie Rescue or Revac Rescue).
·  WAH assessment.
·  Rescue assessment.
