Learning how to work safely around vehicles, mobile plant and designated traffic routes while reducing the risk of collisions and accidents.
• Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
Understanding how hazardous substances can affect health and the controls used to minimise exposure, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Fire Prevention and Emergency Procedures
Learning about common causes of workplace fires, emergency arrangements and the actions required in the event of an incident.
