Mental Health Awareness Training
Mental health is just as important as physical health in creating a safe, healthy and productive workplace. The Mental Health Awareness course provides delegates with an understanding of common mental health conditions, the factors that can affect wellbeing and the importance of early intervention and support. The course helps delegates develop awareness of mental health issues, reduce stigma and gain the confidence to promote positive mental wellbeing within the workplace and wider community.
