First Response Emergency Care (FREC) Level 3 Training
Provide advanced prehospital care confidently and effectively in high-risk emergency situations. You'll learn to assess patients, manage medical and traumatic emergencies, deliver CPR and oxygen therapy, treat catastrophic bleeding and shock, and respond as a first responder in line with the Level D Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine (PHEM) Skills Framework.

Mental Health First Aid Training
One in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year and having trained, confident people in the workplace to spot the signs and offer initial support makes a measurable difference. This MHFA England course gives delegates the knowledge and practical skills to recognise mental health issues, start a supportive conversation and guide people towards appropriate help. On successful completion, delegates receive MHFA England certification as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider), with access to the MHFAider Support App and ongoing support beyond the course.

St John Ambulance - Adult Mental Health First Aid Training
Mental health problems affect one in four people in the UK - yet many go unrecognised or unsupported because the people around them do not know how to help. This two-day course, delivered in line with St John Ambulance guidance, gives learners the knowledge and practical skills to recognise the early signs of poor mental health, have supportive conversations, provide initial assistance and guide individuals towards appropriate professional help. On successful completion, delegates receive a St John Ambulance certificate in Adult Mental Health First Aid.

St John Ambulance - Emergency First Aid at Work Training
In a workplace emergency, the actions taken in the first few minutes before professional help arrives can determine whether someone survives. This one-day St John Ambulance course gives delegates the practical skills to assess an incident, manage an unresponsive casualty, deliver CPR, use an AED and treat a range of common workplace injuries. It meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and is designed for low to medium risk work environments. On successful completion, delegates receive a St John Ambulance Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, valid for three years.
