Course Overview

The leading Level 3 Prehospital care qualification, Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care (RQF). Equipping first responders with essential life saving skills, exceeding HSE first aid requirements, it forms the first step of a progressive suite of prehospital care qualifications.

You will fulfil the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at level D, gaining the knowledge and practical skills needed to deal with a range of prehospital emergency care situations.

A perfect fit for individuals looking to work or volunteer as a first responder. This qualification is also suitable for law enforcement officers, firefighters, those providing medical cover at events, and those working in high risk environments including the military, power stations, agriculture and manufacturing.

Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Response Emgerncy Care (RQF) is delivered by an approved third party supplier.
