Latchways BridgeLatch 70degree Device, 87030. Suitable for use on the Latchways horizontal & inclined (up to 70degrees maximum to the horizontal) Mansafe 8mm Wire Safety Systems only. Entry & exit points are required to either remove or enter the device onto the system. Tested to EN795: 1996 Class C. The Manufacturer recommends a formal recorded examination by an authorised person other than the user, at least every 12months. A 1m energy absorbing EN355 lanyard must be used to connect the user to the device (supplied separately). 1No. person max. capacity per device, up to lanyard max. capacity. The device is designed to be hand guided through intermediate brackets, & the locking mechanism will operate in both directions in the event of a fall taking place.
