The latest records of enforcement notices issued and prosecutions taken by HSE Construction Division groups during the period 10/06/2013 – 16/06/2013 were added to the HSE register on 27th August 2013.

Enforcement notices issued
There were 84 construction sector enforcement notices added to Notices Register.
The majority of notices issued concern work at height, welfare, good order, silica dust, and asbestos.
An increasing number of notices concern wider CDM issues including: competence; site management, client compliance and a focus on smaller projects.
