The latest records of enforcement notices issued and prosecutions taken by HSE Construction Division during the period 18/02/2013 – 24/02/2013 were added to the HSE register on 1st May 2013.
HSE has also published details of their Construction Sector Priorities which outlines subjects etc. which are the current focus of attention for HSE Inspectors.

There were 175 construction sector enforcement notices added to Notices Register.
The majority of notices issued concern work at height, welfare, good order, silica dust, and asbestos.
An increasing number of notices concern wider CDM issues including: competence; site management, client compliance and a focus on smaller projects.
