The latest records of enforcement notices issued and prosecutions taken by HSE Construction Division groups during the period 09/09/2013 – 15/09/2013 were added to the HSE register on 20th November 2013.

There were 280 construction sector enforcement notices added to Notices Register.
These enforcement notices issued during the major HSE inspection and enforcement initiative targeting the refurbishment sector from 2 to 27 September 2013.
The majority of notices issued concern work at height, welfare, good order, silica dust, and asbestos.
An increasing number of notices concern wider CDM issues including: competence; site management, client compliance and a focus on smaller projects.
